Do You Have Mexican crabs

Toward the end of my carpentry apprenticeship I decided to set up a motorcycle shop. Horror of horrors, one of the good old boys, Stan, desperately tried to stop me. “You’re time served carpenter, my boy and that’s what you’ll be for the rest of your life. You can’t serve time as carpenter and then go into the motorcycle industry, have you gone mad!?” Needless to say I rolled right over the top of him and set up my first bike shop the day I finished my apprenticeship. I quickly got seven more, and accidentally picked up two furniture shops and a forty bedroom hotel on the way! I never looked back! Where do Mexican crabs fit into the story. Well, I’m lead to believe that in Mexico, in the market place, they have huge wicker baskets full of crabs. The baskets have no lids but none the crabs ever escape. The minute a crab clambers toward to top of the basket all his mates hang on his legs drag him back into the basket and down to their own level.

Had a great email chat with Rocky Robinson yesterday. He’s the current world motorcycle speed record holder at 360 miles per hour. What a great guy…

Nice piece came out in Daily Record. Good review of The Eureka Enigma in New Business and also three photo shoots set up for next week. Onward and Upward!

When Nothing Else Works!?

One day you wake up and realize you’ve read all the books, done all the workshops, taken all the advice and still nothing in your life is working. You wonder where the abundance is, that is so often talked about…the multiple streams of income that you desire, but are not flooding your way. Not even trickling! At times like these, when the banks say “NO”, the computer says “NO” and everyone else says “No” you have to get to grips with your own biocomputer and start programming it for success. When you’re without you have to practice within…there is no other way! Start visualizing the things you want at a cellular level. Make an impression on the neurons and create a permanent program within the biocomputer. The Eureka! Enigma shows you how to do this (and why) in the most expedient way….The Secret has finally been revealed! Wealth, riches and success, however you perceive them will be yours…and that’s a promise!

The Price is Right!

Just doing my own market research as one does. The Eureka! Enigma is selling well over the world: Ebay, Amazon, wealth.co.uk Highest price so far $1,164.51 on Amazon.com I suppose he’ll get it…never figured out the pricing on Amazon. Loads of interest in the last few days from China, India, France, Bulgaria and of all places – Monaco. One complaint (from India) that we used the ‘Royal Family’ for our launch – so sorry, but one must use one connections – mustn’t one!

Love every minute, every day

My first mentor passed on lots of wisdom: If not you who? If not now when? Never skin yourself!  Pace yourself. Real business is to keep on going, even when it gets tough. Don’t sweat the small stuff – it’s all small stuff. And last, but certainly no means least, Love every minute, every day. Seamus, I take my hat off to you, where ever you are!

How I used my own tips to find a perfect wife

Reaching your goals in business or love is like solving a puzzle – crack the code and you can achieve anything. Have a read of a recent article about cracking the mind code.

Cracking the Mind code

If not you, who? If not now, when?

I was fortunate enough to leave school at the age of fourteen. Not knowing too much I hasten to add, other than being completely dyslexic. My father insisted I get a trade and after a lot of hunting around actually signed up as an apprentice carpenter. Most of what I know is self-taught. Very quickly into my apprenticeship I realized I would never be able to race motorcycles of the meagre pittance of a wage. I had to supplement. I started a scrap metal business and every week managed to find enough cooper, lead and brass to sustain my motorcycle racing hobby. Perhaps you need to look around, change tactics, start another business, get an affiliate program going. Action is the key to the brains ignition!

Getting Past the Noise!

So just what is the difference between doing and talking? It’s a good question especially when sometimes you have to be your own best salesman, and actually get out there and promote yourself. I’ve learned not to be shy and always put my best foot forward and step up to the plate and I learned years ago that sometimes you have to blow your own trumpet. One thing is for sure no one else is going to blow it for you! You have to make your own way in the world and every day try to gain a little ground. The good news is that if you keep on keeping on you tend to create your own breaks. Today I feel empowered. Four more speaking engagements in the diary and that’s the sure fire formula for selling books….by the bucket load.  (I’m seriously working on that strategy right now, price point, leaflets, advance PR, teams, hooks. None of this happens by accident!) Yes I’m talking up the job…but I am also doing it!!!

Wanobe.com, the online business knowledge market for SME

Wanobe.com, the online business knowledge market for small and mid sized businesses, has called for a national small business day to be set aside by the government as a way to celebrate the contribution of small business owners to the UK’s economy.

“Small and mid sized businesses are the backbone of the UK’s economy, together accounting for 99.9 percent of all enterprises and 59.8 percent of private sector employment and it is time these marketplace men and women heroes are celebrated,” says David Noble, wanobe.com founder and managing director. He notes that SMEs contribute 49 percent – or an estimated £1,589 billion – of private sector turnover, according to figures from the Department for Business Innovation & Skills, BIS.

Noble says he got the idea of creating a ‘national small business day’ for the UK’s smaller company owners after hearing about a similar concept being discussed in the United States. Now Noble intends to use his business-to-business website, wanobe.com, to champion the cause of getting acknowledgement for the major contributions of small and mid-sized firms across Britain.

“The men and women running smaller businesses have to work hard for their living, with long work hours and short holidays the norm, especially in these tough economic times. They are the real heroes of the marketplace and it’s a sad their efforts are largely ignored by both the media and the general public,” says Noble.

Noble says he is now actively seeking discussions with leading politicians in the UK and the EU to discuss how to promote and implement such a ‘small business day’. And he hopes the idea can be rolled out across the EU as a means to promote new entrepreneurship that will contribute to getting Europe’s troubled economy moving again.

Wanobe.com allows users to ask a question about a business issue and get an instant response from other users chipping in their knowledge, experience and opinions. It differentiates itself from other Q&A sites by focusing solely on serving the needs of emerging businesses, often smaller companies who do not have the personal or financial resources to speedily find answers to key issues.

Noble notes how every business needs some expert advice and help sooner or later, but doesn’t always know where to look for the answer. And for start-ups, lack of money and time is also the kind of serious issue Wanobe has been founded to answer.

My visualizations aren’t working!

I need to earn $5,000 a month – my visualizations aren’t working!

“Hi Ron, What I am trying to get at is $250 to $300 a day via Clickbank plus $5k a month in my paypal account, all generated online. Instead of drilling down, I find my mind wandering off to any far-flung corner as long as it hasn’t got much to do with money. There is definitely some avoidance scheme going on. I have no idea how I can get a handle on it. It is something I don’t see, hidden in my blind spot. And because I don’t see it I can’t deal with it. Please help John Coombes”

Here are a few ideas:
Visualise and apply the following:

What you are spending the $5-6k a month on. See yourself making those purchases. Try to actually feel how great it is to pay the rent and bills and maybe some extras out of earned cash flow and revenues.

Also make list of maybe about ten products you have floating around both consciously and subconsciously and play around with your visualizations ‘seeing’ which one of those really surfaces as the product you want to write, build and develop.

Visualise some great copy that you yourself actually write. Write this up, polish it and visualize lots of people sending you money. THEN develop the product to suit the copy.

If what you are doing is not working, all you’ll get is more of the same, so DO SOMETHING DRAMATICALLY DIFFERENT with your visualizations and your mind!

Spend a little time playing around with visualizations that are nothing to do with the Internet. I still think off-line activities may prove to bring in the $6k a month – or maybe a combination of online and offline. Don’t get stuck in a tunnel vision mode of something – especially if it isn’t working. Snap out of it! You can come back to ‘Internet Riches’ once you have started generating cash flow from other actives, then you’ll be coming from a position of strength

Since you have an aversion to ‘visualizing money’ try visualizing some great fun activities, luxuries and products and things that you want for yourself and family.

Read >> The Eureka! Enigma << again and again. It is not a book to be read once, it needs to be studied!
