Make cash, make it now and lots of it!
Saturday, December 12th, 2009This FREE report is brought to you courtesy of Ron G Holland – Top Biz Guru and www.wealth.co.uk. If you want to make cash you are not alone, everyone is seeking a way to make cash. Some people have come up with fabulously outlandish schemes whilst others just roll up their sleeves and find easy simple ways to make cash.
The Internet has had such a huge impact on our lives and it’s a great way to make cash. One of my favourite ways to make cash is eBay. and eBay with difference. Well over 500,000 people have quit their jobs to sell products and make cash with ebay and I think that’s just brilliant. Also what I like about eBay is that it is a business you can start with no capital and that’s big plus. The first time I heard about any kind of success to do with eBay was on a Christmas trip to Lapland with my family and on the coach from the airport to the log cabins I heard two women excitedly swapping stories about how one, on her first sale, bought a box of tin soldiers for $100 and sold them the same week on eBay for $1200. That grabbed my attention! The other woman was doing even better, not as much profit margin, but shifting huge volumes of designer clothing.
Now, make no mistake about it, these women were computer literate and knew exactly what they were doing. Make cash selling diamonds: On my return I mentioned these stories to my mate Bob and it transpired his son has just sold a diamond on E-Bay for $750 making about $250 profit – beginners luck? – It’s too early to say! Make cash selling other people’s products: The latest story I heard was a guy offering to sell your products on eBay for you, for a commission. You could do the same! Make cash by being professional: My advice is that if you are computer literate and are excited about the Internet, check this one out because it’s an idea that really does have legs and could make cash flow for you. Be professional, study shipping rates, methods and prices and keep those shipping costs reasonable. Offer many methods of payment including all credit card facilities.
Make cash by using high definition of photo or product: Use a high quality picture to promote the product you are selling but equally as important write the best copy that you can. Building up good feedback is crucial to successful selling on eBay so do everything you can to give five star customer service. Make cash by studying: There are some really good publications in the market place about how to trade on eBay and I am a great believer in self-education. Make cash by actually starting: My best advice would be begin trading on eBay and start to read and study at the same time, start trading…that’s the key in all of this, MAKE A START!

Wealthy people create an impact!
Tuesday, December 1st, 2009Wealthy people create an impact! I was taking a workshop last week and we were all talking about memorable moments of impact. Most people in the room wrote down 911 as their memorable moment of impact and only few wrote down anything to do with sales, marketing or meeting people. I like to think I create a moment of impact when I meet people, especially for the first time. I convey that in tonality, dress code, handshake, speaking just the right amount and not too much. I also convey it in a professional business card, the brochures, business plans or other documents I may leave behind. Try to create a moment of impact when potential customers land on your website, read your letter or sales brochure. Also create an impact when you telephone people. Some times you only have seconds to do this and don’t forget you never get second chance to create first impression. Final point: Creating the right moment of impact can often take weeks, sometimes months to develop!
Raising Money for SMEs
Sunday, November 15th, 2009Many people live their entire lives blocking out their feelings because they have been hurt or don’t want to be let down. They live lives of quite desperation. However, with a little effort you can block out negative feelings and deliberately train yourself to flood your neurons, at a cellular level, with positive emotions. I never said it was easy, but it’s a trick you can play on the mind. The more you practice the habit, the more positive thoughts you create in your mind and eventually thinking positively happens automatically. The Eureka! Enigma philosophy is unique in so far as it shows how, in great detail, to harness both negative and positive emotions. On another topic, did you see the Mail on Sunday a few weekends ago? Big article about Michael Kraftman (Getoptics) who is now the biggest retailer of contact lenses online in the UK. (100,000 customers) I helped Michael raise his first £1.5 million some time back. Great success story – for both of us! In all the time I have known Michael, I have never seen him think negatively, despite having to go through many hoops of fire.

Top Ten Tips for Raising Money
Wednesday, September 30th, 2009Personal Conviction. cjz8na3fyp This is about psyching yourself up for success. You must spend time thinking yourself into the role you are going to play in order to convince others to lend you money. You can write the best business plan ever but at some stage your personality is what’s going to be assessed, even if it’s just a ten minute meeting. If backers don’t feel you “mean business” with your proposed business, they’ll be unlikely to invest with you. Personal conviction imbues you with an indefinable energy, a feeling of “Yes!” Yes makes all the difference.
The Business Plan. This crucial document is the equivalent of a politician’s manifesto. Though unlike a political speech, your audience has to buy every word! Your business plan is your mission statement. It must also show potential backers precisely how and when the profits will be generated. Vague estimates will impress no-one – the business plan requires no-nonsense facts and figures – as well as the essential “wow factor”
Practice the Presentation. However brief your presentation to investors it has to be comprehensive, fluent and well put over. Indeed the less time you’ve got to sell your idea, the better your pitch must be. Role-play the whole thing several times with a friend or your partner, and get them to think up questions and objections. This way you can fine-tune both the content and delivery of what you’re going to say to the money people. (more…)
