Agree with most of your comments, however I would add that what you must be doing/looking for is servicing a real need, there is no point in establishing yet another business doing more of the same as everybody else.

You turned around your motorcycle business by doing something that solved a problem for people that wasn’t being done well elsewhere, which was actually needed and as a result it helped you.

The guide I am looking at releasing which I emailed over and would really appreciate your feedback on talks about this and other topics in some detail.
