Ron became a motivational speaker in 1981 when Talk & Grow Rich was first published in the USA and he was engaged by numerous multi-level and direct sales companies.

The Eureka! Enigma is the third book in a series that began in 1981 with Talk & Grow Rich: How to Create Wealth Without Capital, which showed readers how to stop their jumbled internal dialogue and instead find brilliant ideas – Eurekas! It then showed how to turn those ideas into money.
The second book, Turbo Success: How to Reprogram the Human Biocomputer, was published in 1993. This volume delved much more deeply into how the mind works and again taught readers how to understand the workings of their brains and to come up with invaluable Eurekas!
